Whole bunch high notes on the aromatics, gentle green spice surrounded by masses of dark berries, musk and pepper. Vibrant palate, medium bodied freshly crushed blackberry with licorice, plum and vanilla spice in support. Textured and long. Whilst we have had Shiraz planted since 1997,Ggrenache and Mataro have been recent and exciting additions grafted in 2015. For the two cultivars, we selected sites on the vineyard which maximise heat exposure giving the best opportunity to ripen and express full array of flavours.
