Sourced from what feels like prime real estate in Sellicks Hill and Blewitt Springs: floral, concentrated and sweet of fruit. Reliant on a sheen of oak (75% new) and gently extracted tannins for structure. Less of the former and more of the latter would be appreciated. Rich. Plush. Smooth FM in liquid form. Easy-listening sort of stuff. A skein of peppery acidity breaks up the raft of blueberry, nori and kirsch.
