About this product

“Made in a romato style, as in fermented on skins, up to six weeks apparently, so expect a turbid, cherry-coppery hue, alive with lifted aromatics of rose petals and star anise, and there’s a Campari-esque amaro character that’s so pleasing. The phenolics hold sway but so well handled as it feels full and fleshy but not heavy gliding across the palate. A serious pinot gris but not so serious it can’t be enjoyed with some charcuterie.” 93 points, Jane Faulkner, The Wine Companion
