Together with the winemakers, the production manager from Landhaus Paul Andreas Nittnaus decides which steps in the vineyards have to be set. Many of these prime locations are extreme due to structural change endangered to be abandoned. Because of this reason the Landhaus Paul want to counter steer and work out promising perspectives with the local winemakers.

Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
