St Hugo is a story of legacy and reinvention, our team honour the traditions of winemaking legend Hugo Gramp. Grandson of pioneering vigneron Johann Gramp and founder of Gramp & Sons winery in 1847. Bringing his historical vision of not only the brand but the Barossa into the modern world. St Hugo Signature Barossa Shiraz 2021 is a wine of intensity, elegance, tension, and purity that is complete and age worthy. Dense dark garnet with vibrant crimson hues with aromas of graphite, coco, and slate overlayed with blackberry, coffee and dense raspberry. Textural and mouthcoating with dense dark reds fruits, that are directional and precise, overlayed with long fine tannins and subtle French oak.
