Charcuterie aromas of Jamón ibérico and Mojama dry cured tuna notes add an interesting slightly saline nuance. Rubbed olive leaves, sumac spice and ginger peel aromas round out a very enticing nose.

Well concentrated pure musky plum, chinotto flavours, fine slinky textures, attractive mid palate viscosity and fresh long acidity. Finishes with aniseed notes. Classical and expressive early drinking style. Drink now – keep for a while.

The first Bin 21 Grenache hits the market with a strong nod towards the traditional Barossa wine style. A wild thyme note wafts over the rustic raspberry chewiness. Hints of licorice, charcuterie and toasted dark spice provide highlights in a very "food friendly" red that finishes softly with powdery fine tannins.
