About this product

Rich mahogany colour and a creamy head. Roasted malt aromas with a hint of chocolate, generous mouthfeel dominated by roasted malt flavours, sufficient hop bitterness to give balance and a dry finish. A favourite amongst dark beer drinkers.

I agree with the remarks made by Baldy Brewer above. It is a nice beer if you like Dark Ale. However I thought I would try his idea of the extra light dry malt, nothing ventured nothing gained. It obviously suited his palate but my palat

My favourite dark brew. Falls halfway between an Old and a Stout. Rich, full bodied and great flavours that linger on the palate. Brew with a can of Brew Enhancer 2 for a great ale. Try an extra 500 g of light dry malt and it is even better
