Sourced from select sites across the breadth of the Yarra Valley to enhance character, expression, and complexity. Made in our ‘house style’ combining intensity and concentration with elegance, this Chardonnay delivers immediacy of appeal with suppleness and palate weight, marrying ripeness with a subtle line of acidity. Provenance of the source material also ensures potential for medium-term ageability.

It offers aromas of lemon curd, Red Delicious apple, tarragon, and flint, evolving to lemongrass and galangal notes. A tactile interplay between creamy texture, measured acidity and a pear-like texture combine to deliver a resonance of flavour.

Optimal serving temperature: 8 to 12°C
