Pale colour. Attractive and advanced lemon curd, brown lime, wetstone aromas with oilskin notes. Fresh minerally wine with lovely fruit complexity, buoyancy and volume. A slight spritz lightens and lengthens the palate. Finishes bittersweet with hint of saline.

An attractive and approachable riesling that feels pretty and open weave. Scents of lemon blossom, lime juice, green apple are an appealing invitation. Juicy in the palate with lime juice, green apple, minty herbal elements, fennel and some flinty mineral notes – all of this spells good character, the poise of notable regional examples perhaps missed in the looser knit qualities of the wine. That said, there is something about Clare riesling when youthful and flirty that delivers such easy appeal, which this wine does very well.
