Light bodied white wines have a water-light mouthfeel. Often very pale to light colour.
Semi-dry wines are perceptibly sweet but leaning towards dry.

An energetic off-dry style from Nahe in Germany. Delightfully vinous, fresh and fruity, it’s a straight forward style with just the right amount of tension between crisp acidity and fruit providing immediate refreshment and delight. Flavours of apple, citrus and, dare we say it, grapes, are the pleasing features. A chilled glass of Paradies Riesling Feinherb should be followed by another!
