Dry, Full Bodied style of ChardonnayMorambro Creek wine is crafted from a small selection of outstanding barrels each vintage that has alluring aromatics, multi layers of flavour, and complexity gained from 10 superior coopers. Small parcels of outstanding fruit are selected from a unique site that has both terra rossa & brown sandy loam soils over limestone in our low yielding family vineyard.
Morambro Creek wine is crafted from a small selection of outstanding barrels each vintage that has alluring aromatics, multi layers of flavour, and complexity gained from 10 superior coopers. Small parcels of outstanding fruit are selected from a unique site that has both terra rossa & brown sandy loam soils over limestone in our low yielding family vineyard.
Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
