Excellent gravelly loam soil composition makes our Malbec produce low yielding, distinctive and intensely powerful fruit. Ten days fermentation on skins in

open fermenters with hand plunging twice daily, with cultured yeast - the dark purple juice is tank pressed and racked into seasoned French oak barriques for maturation for 20 months.

Beetroot purple and bright in colour, intensely lifted aromatics of violets, spice, mocha, dark chocolate with a full spectrum of blue fruits. The palate rolls through, filling the mouth with cherry-cola, sarsaparilla and a lick of liquorice flavours with soft gentle oak tannins and a juicy, long finish.

Pair with the flavours and cuisine of Latin America, or exciting Asian game dishes such as duck, pork, and chilli heat.
