95 points The Real Review
Dense, creamy-textured red with obvious power. Good depth of flavour which includes cacao nibs, mocha, plum and cassis all nicely layered to emphasise the wine's obvious complexity. Surprisingly approachable now and with good cellaring potential.

Big and bold expression done with aplomb. It's heady in its toasty, coconut and clove oak scents draped over ripe plum, sweet cherry and raspberry. The palate is firm with dusty tannin sucking in the plusher characters of plum, choc-cherry and cinnamon spice. A powerful and flavoursome style of shiraz handled with consideration, delivering a wine of complexity and appealing cellaring potential.
