Dry, Medium Bodied style of ChardonnayBurgundy, FrancePale straw yellow with slight silver hues. Opens up on the nose with very fine, subtle notes of vanilla and brown sugar, mixed with more floral notes of white jasmine and rose., along with fresh lemon, zesty grapefruit, and classic Chablis "sea spray". There is a lovely freshness on the palate, with concentrated juicy white stonefruits and subtle baking spices on the finish, giving aromatic complexity. A very complex Chablis that is both elegant and rich, with very good aging potential. Pair with a steak with a mushroom sauce, or even a saffron risotto with roasted prawns.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
