About this product

Pale straw yellow with subtle, silvery hues, with expressive aromas of sea spray, struck rock, and exotic notes of pineapple and passionfruit.
The palate is rich, with complex and well-integrated woody and buttery notes, finishing with fresh, bright, and complex saline flavours.
This is a warm and generous example of a Chablis from a slightly warmer site with good aging potential, which will go wonderfully with a fillet of duck with spices or roasted chicken.
