A take on the crisp and refreshing Japanese Shochu highball known as the Chuhai, this delicious blend of vodka, Shochu spirit, soda and lemon is bursting with zesty refreshment. This Monsuta Chuhai uses a traditional Okinawan Shochu called Awamori, which is indigenous and unique to Okinawa, Japan. It’s a sparkling drop of low to medium sweetness that exhibits a pithy lemon aroma and flavour with a clean, crisp taste and a slightly savoury lemon finish.
