About this product

At the peak of the Jura distillery's core range (relaunched in mid-2018) sits the Isle of Jura 18 Year Old. This expression aged in American white oak ex-bourbon barrels before enjoying a finishing period in Premier Grand Cru Classé Bordeaux barrels, imparting a rich fruitiness. Top stuff for late evening dramming.

The distillery missed the mark with the 18year old. The 10 and the 12 are much more interesting whiskies, this one is simply not worth it. Imagine waiting 18 years for such an inferior product. The distillery should’ve sold the whole batch

Plenty of single malt scotch out there and this 18 yrs old is really not nice.
