Aquilon is the flagship of the Alto Moncayo range, representing the best of the best - the top vineyards, areas, and barrels. It is a 100% Garnacha (Grenache), made from 60-100 year old vines, aged for 24 months in new, mainly French barrels, and made under the watchful eye of Barossa winemaking legend Chris Ringland.
