I use this to cut the sweetness of the Apera Cream. It works perfectly by leaving the creaminess but cutting the sweetness. 1/2 Flagon of Cream to 1/2 bottle of Medium. Just right! Enjoy!

My wife likes this to cook with but I prefer it as a night cap. Must admit it tastes good in her fruit cakes though.

We visited to buy something else and spotted this sherry. Had the advice on the website been available, cooking or mixing, we would have skipped it. It's cheap for a sherry - and you get what you pay for. We'll stick to McWilliams for every
