About this product


Hand harvested in the morning and chilled further then hand sorted before whole-bunch pressed. The best fraction of the free-run juice was then transferred to a small stainless steel vessel where it was settled and racked off gross lees. Long fermentation with a Champagne yeast occurs at cool temperatures to retain vineyard expression before being racked of yeast lees, and filtered before bottling.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
