About this product


A single site wine, the Sauvignon Blanc was harvested during the cool hours of the night over two picking dates to achieve slightly different fruit spectrums. Short period of skin contact in the press before being gently pressed, chilled and cold settled. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was racked off yeast lees after a short period of lees contact and filtered before bottling.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
