This Rose is a selection of Pinot Noir, Syrah, Meunier and Pinot Gris from premium vineyards in Coldstream, Gladsydale and Woori Yallock. Pale salmon in colour. Aromas of Fuji apple, red berry fruit, crushed strawberry and Turkish delight with notes of pink grapefruit and a flick of gun flint reduction. The palate is dry, yet supple and welcoming; juicy red fruit and citrus flavours are entwined with creamy textural notes, all driven by a fresh pink grapefruit acid line.
