'The Bird' Single Malt Whiskey 500mL

This Single Malt is comprised of carefully selected first fill Apera, Tawny and Spanish PX barrels, and reveals the classic Fleurieu salt and umami backbone, overlaid with dried stone-fruits of Apera and Tawny raisin character. The balance of these was then rounded off through the use of red wine barrels from Bird In Hand. Nose: stewed apple in maple syrup overlaid with French vanilla.Palate: Brulee sweetness together with a salted caramel maritime influence.Finish: Lingering dried fruits with a hint of condensed milk.
