Provenance of the source material ensures potential for medium-term ageability. Lifted aromas of red cherry, raspberry, thyme, nutmeg, coffee bean and char. Palate of plum, sarsaparilla, bergamot, cocoa and peach stone flavours. A plush mouthfeel with velveteen tannins and a tangy tamarind-like juiciness gives immediacy with resounding reach and depth on the palate. This wine is suitable for vegans.
