Dry, Medium Bodied style of ChardonnayYarra Valley, AustraliaThe vineyard contains high level of quartz in top soil and is situated in the elevated, south eastern corner of the Yarra Valley. Hand picked fruit. 14% skin contact adds mid palate texture, yet the wine presents classically. Fermented in large format oak to maintain the purity of fruit. The wine had a medium body, with a silky-smooth texture that caressed the palate. The acidity was perfectly balanced, providing a refreshing lift and a lively energy to the wine, while the well-integrated oak added depth and a lingering finish.
