Dry, Medium Bodied style of Pinot NoirYarra Valley, AustraliaUpper Yarra Valley Pinot Noir from the outstanding Willowlake Vineyard located in Gladysdale. Grown on red and grey volcanic soils. Hand-picked and kept 30% whole bunch, with the balance de-stemmed to whole berry. Naturally fermented with a total maceration time of three weeks. Matured in French hogsheads for 9 months, with further bottle ageing prior to release.

Medium bodied red wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often medium in colour.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
