Magenta/purple hues, deep and inviting - even glass staining in its rich robe! This is all about elegance and restrained, layered power. Although deeply coloured and flavour-packed, the wine never seems too big. From the freshening acidity, through the dense complexion, and on to the velvety finale - balance is everything. A kaleidoscope of exemplar Barossa treasures - black fruit, damp black earth, blood plum, warm dark spice, boysenberry, tobacco and cedar, then on and on....... A simply outstanding special occasion wine.
