About this product
Colour- Delicate green, straw with greeh hues. Nose- Lifted notes of citrus with some development showing through. Aromas of cut grass and lucerne are evident along with just a touch of toast. The three years of bottle ageing before release has made the nose very complex. Palate- Citrus and lime characters are prevalent at this stage with just a hint of "buttered toast" showing through which will grow with maturation. On release the wine is very racy with a long and persistent palate that is zest
