This Ginger Wine has lifted spice aromas with candied ginger nuances. Slightly sweet on the palate with pronounced fiery, ginger root, raisins and pepper characters. Subtle citrus flavours of lemon rind are present, while the sweetness appears more like fresh honey leaving a warm and balanced taste to finish.

Still a very good drop in the colder months, doesn’t quite have the same impact as Stones Green Ginger wine which has been my go to favourite for years, but I would definitely recommend this to a friend who may prefer the more subtle taste

Did not feel the zing of ginger. Tasted similar to the Apera so why pay more for the ginger wine.
