Dry, Medium Bodied style of White Field BlendLong Rail Gully Četiri is an aromatic field blend of Pinot Gris, Gewürztraminer, Semillon and Riesling. This is a true collaboration of 4 generations and 4 varieties. The Semillion comes from the only remaining vine planted by my Greatx4 Grandfather, a winemaker from Croatia, in Young in the late 1800’s. Buds from that vine were grafted onto vines I planted 100 years later. Četiri is Croatian for four.

Medium bodied white wines have a lightly textured mouthfeel with moderate flavour impact. Often pale lemon coloured to pale gold.
Dry wines have no trace of sweetness at all.
