The truest expression of cool climate, high altitude Shiraz from certified organic vineyards of Orange NSW. Showcasing purity, drive and focus, the wine underwent ferment and ageing in clay amphora for 9 months. The shape of the clay amphora keeps the wine in constant movement and the porosity of clay between steel and oak allows gentle oxygen contact, building richness and texture, allowing the ample tannins of the wine to resolve while still showing generous fruit the length of the palate.
