Deep and dark to behold, and glass-stainingly opaque. Superb Cabernet characteristics in a very concentrated form. Not overwrought or overripe, just low-cropped and densely packed. Succulent black currant, bitter dark chocolate, succulent cassis flavours, and well-contained oak have resulted in a wine to put a smile on the dial of all drinkers of big reds. If you love Pepperjack this will blow your mind!
