Colour: Rose Gold.Nose: Sweet, fragrant, floral, rose petal and pronounced red fruits give way to a subtle green, herby note.Palate: Sweet, ripe strawberries and creamy toffee combine with a gentle peppery spice, subtle background oak and tannin.Finish: A short burst of sweet fruits fade to subtle oak and a gentle spice.

Great smooth whisky enjoyed the Shiraz tast from the barrels and a great whisky to drink straight.

This is a very smooth, easy to drink whisky. As I'm also a shiraz drinker I can appreciate the hint of shiraz in the finish. This is now my go to whisky even without an ageing date.

This is a remarkably smooth yet complex drink. If you are familiar with the port and sherry casks versions you will know what to expect. Nice!
