Super T Cabernet Montepulciano Bonvedro Blend

Our wines are handcrafted with minimal intervention as to truly reflect the purist expression of vineyard, vintage and variety. From the vineyard to the bottle, only the gentlest techniques are utilized; harvest by hand, whole berry de-stemming, open-vat temperature controlled fermentation, gentle basket-pressing and no finning or filtration prior to bottling. Hues of garnet and ruby graces the glass. This exhilarating blend fills the nose with aromas of black currants and cassis accompanied by hints of sage, oregano and cloves. The palate bursts with strength and sweet fruit courtesy of the Cabernet Sauvignon. Layers of clean savoury spices entwine with tight creamy French oak.
