Estelar 57 Carmenere

Estelar 57 is known in Chile as the star that sheds light on our path and guides us along the way. Grown in Chile’s Central Valley, home to the country’s main winegrowing regions. The Mediterranean climate of this traditional valley brings rainy winters and hot, dry summers, ideal conditions to grow healthy carmenere grapes of perfect ripeness. Intense purple red in colour, the nose shows abundant red and black fruits. In the mouth the wine is medium bodied wine with the juicy red and dark fruit notes continuing on and leading to plush tannins and great length. Try pairing this wine with most roast meats or if feeling adventurous why not try it with Pastel de Choclo - Chilean beef and corn casserole.
