Cabernet Sauvignon

Shows strong varietal cabernet with dark fruits of black current and dark plum with a little black olive edginess.  There’s a little sweet fruit in the middle palate balanced with savoury tannins and attractive oak.  Has a dry dusty finish perfect for richer red meat dishes.
