Silky, effortlessly excellent shiraz from one of the best sub-regions in the Yarra Valley. Everything about this modern invocation of shiraz is in its correct place - rounded red and black fruit, tempered with warm spice notes, and with pitch-perfect French oak treatment. It feels more than a bit special. Drink now, if you wish, but careful cellaring will reap a greater reward.
