Joseph DrouhinChardonnay Meursault
About this product
Founded in 1880, Maison Joseph Drouhin is one of Burgundy’s most prestigious family-owned houses. Now led by the fourth generation, the estate is defined by a signature style of effortless elegance. Their 100-hectare domain is farmed entirely using organic and biodynamic practices, spanning the region's most iconic Grand Cru and Premier Cru plots. From the legendary Montrachet Marquis de Laguiche to their accessible regional classics, Drouhin wines are celebrated for their purity, finesse, and true terroir character.
The Meursault presents a bouquet of ripe yellow apple and white peach, underpinned by toasted hazelnut and a whisper of acacia honey. On the palate, it displays a medium body with a silky, velvety texture, evolving into complex layers of yellow plum and gingerbread that linger through an expansive finish. Matured for 14–16 months in French oak with 20% new oak, this is a classic expression of Meursault.
