In outstanding vintages we produce a Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon, named after Mike’s first grandchild, Harriet. Hand-picked, fermented on skins for twenty days and matured for twelve months in French oak. A magnificent wine that balances intense fruit character, with an approachable, harmonious palate.

Full bodied red wines have a noticeably textural mouthfeel with bold, complex flavours. Often deeply coloured.
