This is a lighter bodied but nicely flavoursome Chardie from Pemberton. It has a small amount of wild yeast influence and was fermented in oak before a brief time on lees. So the oak influence is subtle and the fruit purity is the feature. Nice mix of spicy, peachy aromas with a vanillin oak influence emerging. Creamy but with a fine edgy acidity creating a slightly linear palate.
