Infusion Red Blend

This is a Syrah/Grenache/Carignan originating from the Langedoc-Roussillon region in the south of France. The vineyard is located near the village of Tautavel between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenées mountains.
This wine is made without added sulphites during the vinification, which each grape variety vinified separatly in thermo-regulated tanks.
Light red raspberry colour with a bright, shiny hue. The aromas are intense and fruity, with raspberry and cocoa notes. The palate is intense and fruity, with a rich, pleasant and round mouthfeel, making a silky, easy-drinking wine.
Best enjoyed as an aperitif, it is also a perfect match with mixed salads and grilled meats.
