About this product
This vineyard is located in the heart of the Côte de Nuits, just above the village of Vosne Romanee, which is responsible for some of the most sought after red wines in the world and arguably, the most sublime expressions of Pinot Noir can be found on this land.
Traditional vinification, temperature controlled cold maceration lead to a long fermentation during which pigeages and pumping over are performed. Aged in oak barrels for 10 to 12 months, the resulting wine is complex, aromatic, exquisite. On the palate, this Pinot Noir is true to form: elegance, power, persistent lenght and ripe tannins. The wine is well-balanced and complex.
Pair with poultry or game, moderate to strong cheeses or simply enjoy its full brilliance unaccompanied.
