About this product

Originating from the vineyards located around the town of Nuits-Saint-Georges, renowned for centuries for its production of red Burgundy, this town gave its name to the Côte de Nuits region. The "Les Damodes" parcel is located on a South-East facing slop, which offers optimal sunshine exposure.
Aromas of blackberries, blueberries and aniseed flow into subtle notes of rosemary flowers. The palate is rich, powerful, yet refined, with outstanding velvety tannins. An iron fist in a velvet glove. Match with roast lamb, prime rib eye steak, duck breast or game, and strong cheeses such as Livarot, Munster, Maroilles and Epoisses.
