From vineyards grown in the Auxerrois region on the banks of the Yonne, this wine is aged on lees for six to eight months for complexity and depth. It is particularly special because it is the only region in Burgundy permitted to produce Sauvignon Blanc.
Exhibiting aromas and flavours of boxwood honey, citrus and blackcurrant buds, this wine offers a round and crunchy palate perfect for food pairing. Try with oysters or white fish.
