Dry, Full Bodied style of ChardonnayFrom the Chablis Grand Cru Valmur. Grown on Kimmeridgian soil, on a southwest facing slope on the right bank of the river Serein.
Very beautiful pale gold color with soft green reflections.
The nose is dense and pure. There are aromas of citrus fruits, vanilla, fresh butter and hazelnuts.
The mouth is rich and structured. It expresses the fresh and floral vegetal highlighting fruity and vanilla notes.
