I always look for Avion behind the bar and request it by name. My favorite recipe is an Italian margarita with amaretto...sweet and smooth.

Silver is a little rough for me. But reposado Avion is perfect. Very smooth. Don't really get hangovers from it. I'd recommend it to everyone.
