Such a wild-smelling wine. Super stemmy and bunchy. It looks almost pinot-esque as you pour it from the glass. You take a sniff and POW! It's a riot of souk-like spice, dried meats, red and blue fruits, amaro herbs and all manner of floral facets fluttering around the glass. Medium bodied with chalky tannins and a fair bit of funk in the trunk with gamey tones and a wicked spice and floral plume on the exit. This and some charcuterie and you're off to the races.
