Yellowglen Vintage 2012 Cremant is one of my favourite Yellowglen's to drink and enjoy.It is has a lovely smooth creamy taste and is it bubbles away which l like! An excellent price for an excellent drink.

This bubbles is a great bubbles if you like a dry style. The bubbles are smaller than most sparkling and for our palette it is a better drink than some of the imported bubbles. We had the opportunity to sample French bubbles in the Champagn

You can drink this all night, without it tasting sour towards the end of the night, which I guess is due to the lower acidity. Whatever...it is very enjoyable.

I enjoy the lower acidity. It is a smooth, delicious champagne and adding ice (yes, ice in champers!) I can make a bottle last a whole evening. Perfect for these summer evenings. What more can I say?
