About this product

Crafted from 100 percent Chardonnay and made using traditional methods, this Blanc de Blancs was bottle-fermented and aged on yeast lees for over five years and eight months before its disgorgement in July 2024. The result is a sparkling wine with both finesse and depth. Aromas of fresh citrus are layered with notes of warm croissant, French butter and a hint of lemon-lime marmalade. On the palate, bright grapefruit and citrus pith are balanced by creamy, brioche-like complexity from extended ageing. Hints of apple tarte tatin and a fine, refreshing acidity give length and elegance. Complex yet beautifully balanced, this wine showcases the precision and purity that Oakridge is renowned for.
