Estate Triple Distilled. Vapour infused with a delicate balance of seven botanicals primarily featuring Juniper, Western Australian Southern Forests Pepper Berry, Bottle Brush, Orange and Rosemary. Blended meticulously with Ampersand Estates 2022 Vintage barrel-aged Port, delicately smoked to perfection using estate foraged Karri bark. An incredibly complex flavour profile from start to finish as the front palette is initially greeted by forward notes of aromatic botanicals before evolving further to unveil the earthiness of the Karri smoke balancing well with the sweet subtlety of the barrel-aged port.
